Crowfoot Dental and dentists comply with the Health Information Act (HlA) in Alberta and

Health Information Protection Act (HIPA) in Saskatchewan. Individuals employed by or engaged with Crowfoot Dental may, through the normal day-to-day provision of services, have access to confidential information. Individuals are responsible for ensuring the privacy of confidential information and for exercising discretion in the handling of such information.

An employee shall not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly use, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person, firm or organization, any information designed as confidential by Crowfoot Dental and received by an employee during his/her employment with Crowfoot Dental, unless otherwise authorized by Crowfoot Dental.
